Cheryl
Cheryl is an advocacy consultant who assists parents who have bright children struggling in school. Using a consultative methodology and mentorship she empowers clients to become effective and proactive guardians of their children’s right and entitlements within the education system.
Prior to establishing her partnership with Barb Jorritsma she spent several years raising her twin daughters, supporting reading readiness as a daily school parent volunteer, as well as spending many hours researching and advocating for her own daughters success at school. As co-founder of parent advocates 4 struggling students Cheryl, alongside Barb, offers a wide range of programs and services from individual consultation to In-school meeting support and instructional advocacy training for parents.
